Item looks good and is well made. It's taking a little longer for my boy to accept it as he's not keen on having anything on his ears. Patience and practice hopefully will help him.
Unfortunately, the Hush Muff didn't work well for us. I put in a lot of effort to get my dog accustomed to wearing it until she finally accepted it. However, it didn't seem to reduce sounds for her effectively. I couldn't observe any difference in her reaction to noises with or without the Hush Muff.
Moreover, after shaking herself once or twice, it would slide down to her neck, uncovering her ears. This happened quite quickly after leaving the house (I had intended to use the Hush Muff around New Year's Eve for very short walks to allow her to relieve herself).
It would have been helpful to know while ordering the product that additional to shipping (approximately €15), you have to pay customs fees (another €15), if you order from Germany.
One star for the quick and friendly communication.
If anybody has an idea why it didn't work for my dog, or if I can chage something so it works, I am happy to read your advice
Hi Aneta , we are really sorry and sad to hear that the Hush Muff did not have a noticible effect on your dog. I think that it is very possible that the size is too big if its coming off very easily. I would like to send you another size to first figure out if thats the problem.
Unfortunately the shipping price and customs fee is completly out of our control but we will take on the feedback and try make this clearer to our customers.

Good product and helped my Greyhound
I had put off giving the hush muff a try as I couldn't believe it would do much to help my super anxious old boy with the fireworks. I couldn't have been more wrong. Apart from a couple of really loud bangs, he took no notice of them at all. I shall be using it for any potentially stressful situations going forward.
