I was at the Scottish Sight Hound Show on Saturday when I noticed a lady with a Whippet wearing what looked like a headband. I had no idea what it was, so I asked her about it, and she told me all about the product and mentioned that the company had a stall at the show.
I went straight over and met Rachel. I explained that my Whippet can be quite anxious and unsettled when we're out of the house, particularly on walks. Rachel was absolutely fantastic. She fitted my girl with a Hush Muff and, because she has such a small head, Rachel took the time to advise me that a different size would be more suitable. Unfortunately, she didn't have the right size with her at the time, but she went above and beyond and posted the adapted size out to me straight away.
I honestly can't believe the difference I've seen after just one short walk! My Whippet seemed noticeably calmer and more settled, and I'm really pleased with the results so far.
Excellent product and, more importantly, excellent customer service. Rachel was so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely.
Thank you so much! ❤️🐾
Just wow—the hush muff WORKS. My dog hates getting dressed up and wearing outfits and I didn’t know how she would take to this. This was a completely different story. We just eased her into it by giving her lots of treats at first, and then once she realized that she felt so much better during storms and other stressful events with it on, now she tries to help us put it on her head. She loves it. Just yesterday we had a bunch of thunder, so I put it on her and within five minutes her shaking had stopped and she was asleep. It’s amazing.
The hush muff is so good at muffling sound especially for our dog who doesn’t like fireworks. Not only does it muffle the sound but it completely calms him and he falls asleep with it on. We have also used it on car journeys and in hotels. I can’t recommend these enough!
Our little Westie looks so cute in this hush muff and it does what it says too, cutting out loud noises (we take her to local festivals when we can). Great customer service too and advice on how to fit etc. Quick response and very helpful. Would recommend.
Well made and looks fab!
Orla wasn’t sure about this at first but she really scared of noises since fireworks season and tonight fan going on cooker hood so popped it on , happily snoozing now
Definitely would recommend!
Perfect
This product was amazing for our dog. She was more relaxed during the new year fireworks.
I am very impressed with this beautiful and very comfortable product for my dog
Size, colour en delivery time perfect.
Met wat training aan vooraf werkt hij prima!
This really does work. Our whippet had struggled with car sickness. The Hush Muff calms her and she even slept. Thank you so much!
Really good!! It says that the dog has to get used to it, but that wasn't the case with our Great Dane. He got used to it right away and fell asleep peacefully.
Now, when there's a lot of noise, he sometimes comes to get it himself.
To downsides::
1) It could be a little tighter or have something to keep it in place.
2) The XXL is not available in the Netherlands and is therefore very expensive (more than double the price). But for something that works, it's more than worth it.
